I'm pleased to know that the ingredients are uncomplicated (not all that super food nonsense; just simple unprocessed real food) and easily attainable. I'm also glad that butter is in the equation (yay!). I found the recipes to be fuss-free and unpretentious. I love Katrina's Quick Tips which suggests other ingredients (if you're vegan, or to add extra fruits and nuts for variety). I'm already looking forward to trying the kimchi on Basmati rice and the juices, smoothies and shakes.
