Wow. Find of the year. I researched small games suitable for family Christmas gifts and this ranked highly, so I ordered it and immediately doubted its suitability for my 8 year old daughter. Luckily, all doubts were completely unfounded as she loved the style of this game, and I was thrilled with the quality of the pieces. There are only 16 cards so you wouldn't think you'd get so much enjoyment out of this game, but it is suitably challenging (yet simple to learn) for our family of girl 8, boy 10 and two parents to enjoy an hour or so playing together. You could easily play much shorter games so I've given this a 5 star rating as it's just the perfect family game for either a game-day pay session, or a quick before-bed family game time. Note: Personally I would swoon if this was given to me as a Valentine's/Anniversary/romantic getaway gift.... hint hint nudge nudge
Bought this after reading the reviews. It’s a very simple game. Easy to learn and my 7 year old figured it out very quickly. Limited strategy and once you’ve learn all the card combos, it’s really just a game of luck. Great starter game all the same!
Recommended by fellow boardgamer. My wife and I played it twice on the night it arrived, the day after Valentines day. Neighbours children male aged 18 and female 16 loved it and want me to visit again to play. We have previously enjoyed many rounds of Sleeping Queens and Sushi Go.
