To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I loved the level of detail yet simplicity of how the book dealt with complex concepts. However I was a bit disappointed with the ending - the actual meal planning. I also would have loved to see some references - especially when it came to the amount of carbs to eat plus why fat was deemed so bad. What about the merits of the ketogenic diet and fasting - which seems to be now supported by research as being very effective in tackling both obesity as well as type 2 diabetes?
