An interesting book but see what you think after the last page

An interesting book on a subject that is very important, I read it quickly as it seemed to be on the right track but at the end of it David has written a little chapter about a man who was pushing a medical scenario many many years ago which was a bit "out there" so to speak and the guy got into a bit of bother so you have to ask the question why did David put that in his book?
I straight away went to Google and checked Davids background and although he refers to many case studies of other people and organisations along with the success he has had treating his patients there does not seem to be any peer review on his work which is a bit of a worry.
I have taken onboard some of his ideas because yes we do consume way too much carbs, wheat and sugars and I am doing more exercise which has got me feeling much better, his diet is very Atkins which has helped many people all over the world, I would suggest if your going to get really serious about it run it by your doctor first
