I Love, Love, Love this series! I love Alex and Jesse they are my favourite Tijan couple. Alex is going to Grant West University where she plans to confront Jesse with the information she found out about her brother and get the answers she really needs. Jesse has been keeping some pretty big secret from Alex, and as much as he wants to tell Alex he just can’t but he does everything he can to find away for her to get the answers she wants. Alex and Jesse return to the the relationship they had in book one only this time Jesse wants to take it further and become public, but Alex doesn’t think she can handle everything that would come with that due to Jesse’s God like status. Alex and Jesse have such strong chemistry and a strong connection, nobody else know them like they know each other. They have both been through so much and they are stronger together, they need each other. The love they have is something that can’t be broken and no one can come between them. Such and amazing book! I love this series, I wish there were more. I love that Tijan has you feeling what the characters feel, you go through the good and the bad with them.
Any wonder it took Alex 3yrs to grieve her brother when her family had so many secrets that she wasn’t privy to. It’s only when they all come out that she can finally heal and in the mean time her new friendships continue to grow and help heal her also.
This book and series I just couldn't put down. Tijan takes you straight into her characters hearts and you and cry with and for them. This one was emotional but done oh so well that you had to keep reading. I loved every minute.
I actually loved this more so than the first book in the series. I couldn't really relate or engage with the characters in the first one, but was absolutely surprised by how much I enjoyed them in this one.
Loved it! This book was a great finish to the first book, it was complicated and packed full of drama and emotion. I really enjoyed watching the characters grow and there story coming togther. I look forward to reading more books by this author
