The reasoning outlined in this book made perfect sense to me. I'm deep in migraine land right now (not photo phobic thankfully) and I'm going to start the diet today. I will update this review in a month or two, when I know if it works for my hormonally triggered migraines.
The migraine threshold concept made all the sense in the world to me. A paradigm shift from the traditional trigger view it provides an answer not previously presented. I look forward to an updated edition which more effectively tackles the issue of rebound.
