I loved the history connection between Nikki and Damian being upfront and in the first book. The characters were strong, although the victim card (Nikki) throughout the series became a bit monotonous. It would have been great to develop her into a character as a driving force to rival Damian, in spite of her past and flaws. Jamie and Ollie's stories could be interesting. I recommend the books to anyone who likes 50 Shades, similar, but both characters have difficult pasts and neither are squeaky clean....Anastasia Steele just wasn't believable. Throughout the 2nd and 3rd book there were just a couple of editing errors e.g. The use of some of the same paragraphs having been used more than once.
