As a sequel this book had some good moments however I found the thread rather predictable from the moment her ex boss came into the picture and her mariage to her husband was on weak grounds well written as per the first book good descriptions The rest us pretty predictable I thought pleasant to read though
This book has everything that appeals to readers. It has romance, friendship, conflict, divorce and hope for a better future. It is well written and really draws the reader into a world where the elitist use clever tactics to take control over a magazine. People betray their loved ones and friendships are affected due to people being influenced by being offered a large amount of money. A novel that is impossible to put down.
I think Andy's become just a little boring. Found the character just a little too focussed on herself to the detriment of what should have been a cracking story line. This tome feels a little like Lauren Weisberger is just cashing the chips on the success of her first book. Dread to think what this could like if it was turned into a movie. Come on Lauren, you can do so much better!
