I recommend this guide along with Michael Matthews' other related guide titled 'Maximum Muscle'. Together, they have helped me shave off 16 kilograms of fat and now I am working on the last few kilos of 'stubborn' fat which is explained clearly by Matthews. After having read volumes on the subject, and with my own background in Medical Science and Physiology, the combination of these two books do actually cut through the 'BS' to give the reader a clear understanding of the otherwise complex science of optimising one's body composition through the correct exercises combined with an individual approach to balancing the correct amounts of macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates & fat) for the best outcome.
The tile of the book is sarcastic in a way which adds to the enjoyment of this book. It has outlined facts and sound research behind his statements. I've learnt so much more about the human body and how they react to cardio. I recommend this to anyone who has trouble committing to cardio.
