Great insight into how to recognise and deal with distrubed characters. The area of psychology really needs to learn from experts such as George Simon in order to redefine the profession and it's dated ideas and principles
The author strikes a cord with non new age sceptics. He tells his story and makes a case for the use of meditation as a form of self improvement for ones brain and personality. This book is not for those looking for a spiritual experience.
Most helpful in not only identifying manipulative behaviors in others, but vulnerabilities in myself which all add to the mix when knowing the tools to breaking the cycle. A very practical book, although the Author does use some Psychology gargon that I ( a layperson) was unfamiliar with. A very good read!
