I know authors are in the business of selling books, but it isn't fair to readers when they are forced to buy the second, or possibly the whole series, to get the answers to questions from the first book. I did enjoy this book although I found her stubborness and his secrecy wearing at times. At times, heart poundingly exciting, other times my heart went out to the wounded warrior, then I'd be filled with empathy for a confused heart. All the while sharing her frustrations at being kept in the dark. His secrecy appears to be how there can be so many books in the series.
