I purchased this product used, so was a bit hesitant, but as it is an older model, it's a bit difficult to find.

Seller response was VERY quick. I believe I got a "shipped" notification within an hour or two after purchase, and received the item a couple of days later.

Item was well-packed, and description was accurate to what I received (couple of minor blemishes).

Performance is just as I expected. Sounds great and I expect to get a lot of use from it!

All-in-all, I am very happy with this purchase.

I owned multiple generation of products and and is a “efing” mess… this is the end for me. Not gonna buy more product from a company that doesn’t stand by their product, why should throw out my perfectly functioning products? It seems with every software update they stripped functionality of of once a great product
Future buyers beware of investing in ecosystem were you could end up with a limited version of what you bought.

All Sonos products fail within a couple of years - they are so expensive - but lack durability. I am done with SONOS - I have had up to four speakers at a time and they all die - some within a year (thankfully under warranty), some within a couple of years. I realize electronics have a finite lifespan - but, for the money, these expensive devices should offer better quality - particularly when they get only occasional use and never move from their locations.

I wanted something that works well with alexa. Sound is fantastic in a large, 10 ft ceiling room. setup was mostly painless. I have a network extender that complicated things a little as it didn't recognize it as the same router network. Alexa integration is pretty good for most things, although it doesn't seem like I can control volume from Alexa commands- but I haven't investigated this.
Still worthy of 5 stars either way.
