I could not finish this book. There is a fact that is often overlooked by so many authors, characters have to make decisions but if the only alternative is a terrible death or some fate worse than or equal death then it is not a true decisions.
And in this book the main character makes no decisions of consequence every twist, turn, fiend, foe or acquaintance is foisted upon her by circumstance or outside forces. You could replace her with a cardboard facsimile on wheels and have almost the exact same "story".
