I originally bought this book on Kindle but it was so good that I ordered a hard copy and an extra copy to pass on to a friend. The content has been life changing. There is also a facebook support group, website and additional free resources. I am genuinely thankful I came across this book.
Into week three of Mikes TLS program and thoroughly enjoying it. It’s a change up from my last program but I feel like I had plateaued with that and needed a change. Lots of great info on food as well, looking forward to seeing the changes over the next year.

It's straight to the point and every statement has scientifically backed proof that it's true and it works! I can't wait to get started, now I have proper, truthful knowledge of what I'm doing to get results at the gym! Thank you! !
This is a really great read, whether you're new to fitness or just want to reinforce the fitness knowledge you've gained over time. Mike breaks down the basics and science of nutrition, exercises, supplementation and weight loss/gain and backs it all up with research. He even provides a one-year plan that puts all his recommended exercises together. I haven't tried this yet, but it looks like a solid, no-nonsense plan with a good combination of proven exercises. Did I mention that his writing makes this all very easy to follow? All in all, highly recommended!
The books stands out in the field of lifestyle books, it is an open minded text that thoroughly talks you through the do's and don'ts of becoming fitter and leaner. I reccommend this to anyone willing to improve their health and physique. Cant wait to start the plan, thanks Mike
