keen to try it

Interesting book . Keen to try diet.
I found the mix of metric and imperial measurements confusing. On one hand mentioning pounds / stones of weight loss on the other hand grams or milliliters when measuring food. Calories was the unit used to measure energy ( imperial) whereas metric standard is now kilojoules. This mixture of terms must be culturally understood in UK but is confusing for foreigners. Could I suggest in future editions mentioning all units in both systems.
I was a little troubled by the book being co authored by a fashion writer and columnist. She has an very engaging writing style and I guess it is all about entertainment. I know she has written a diet book in the past but I would have felt more confident to hear from a qualified dietitian who has done years of science and nutrition study.
