I'm using this product for weight loss as well as to achieve good health. The book is not complicated and neither are the recipes. I have given all other diets which I have been following for the last 12 years the flick. This is it for me now. I'm done looking for the next quick fix because this book has a scientific basis - not my only reason for doing this - I have studied natural therapies so I'm not uneducated when it comes to nutrition. Goodbye, complicated and hello simple living again. I have studied that many diet books I could write my own. The problem with most exercise programmes out their is the nutrition plan. Everyone is a so-called expert - the problem is they all seem to have a few pieces of the puzzle, not the whole thing. And no breakfast is not the important meal of the day as we have been force fed by cereal companies. It is shocking how antiquated nutrition plans still are - Intemittent fasting is definitely the most valuable tool I have aquired. So definitely 5 stars for me for a programme that really works.
Excellent for all those undertaking the Fast 800 or 5:2 diet. I lost 25kg in 4 months on this diet. This book contains simple and practical recipes with calories counts and emphasis on low carb eating. Also a great book for people just wanting to eat a healthy diet sticking to Mediterranean principals.
Fantastic low calorie meals covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are even recipes in here for indulgent sweet treats every now and then. There are also Meal Plans but you can chop and change the recipes to suit. Happy reading. Annemarie
