I have always believed Schapelle was innocent , how she has coped amidst all the injustice and people taking advantage of her situation, which was appalling, is testimount to her nature and strength of character, together with the love an support from her family its incredible. Its very well written and I would highly recommend it to others. I have read it over 2 days, couldnt put it down!
I feel so terrible for what Schapelle had to endure. It should not have been allowed and I feel very disillusioned in the Australian Government for not stepping in. Was a great read and it certainly changed my views on it all.
There is no question whatsoever that Schapelle is innocent. I've followed her case from day one. Common sense is all a person really needs in order to see how flawed this case was and how obviously political it was. Shame on the Australian and Indonesian governments. Compelling read once again highlighting the courage and strength of a woman who refused to admit guilt for a lighter sentence. Remember also that the media did a smear campaign on the family, purposely showing them in their most vulnerable and emotional times. Who would react differently if their loved one was facing a possible death penalty?
After reading this well-written book, I am more convinced than ever that Schapelle Corby was innocent of the crime of smuggling marijuana into Bali. I felt that way when she was found guilty. I did not believe the verdict and did not accept it. Even if she was guilty, she paid a HUGE price by being incarcerated in a filthy prison for over 9 years for a drug which is today used for medicinal purposes. I wish her a healthy and happy future.
I was amazed at the journey this woman went through and could not believe the horrible life she had in that disgusting prison. I never really knew much about Schapelle Corby only briefly what had happened on the news and when she was sentenced. This book was so hard to read in parts due to the way she was treated by everyone involved in that rotten place. There were so many coverups and hopefully one day the truth will come out. I would recommend this book to anyone out there who thought Schapelle was guilty because when you read her journey you will most likely change your mind. Very well written book.
A dreadful in justice and the Australian human rights department should hang their heads in shame to allow her to endure an unfair trial and subsequent jail time. To all the media who became judge and jury shame also.
I liked this book.Whether it is all true I guess is up to you to form your own opinon.I really enjoyed reading it and if she is innocent she sure went through hell before she was released.Just wish her family would have been different at time
