A collection of interesting anecdotes about what it takes to foster a positive culture in an organisation, along with a smattering of research. I would have liked some more explicit ways to put what the anecdotes uncover into practice, but that’s a minor complaint. A well written and engaging read, leaving the reader with just enough to get started on building their own cultures.
This is the second book I have read by Daniel Coyle and they have both taught me so much. For anyone who works in a team or plays in a team this book is a must read. It really shows that great culture doesn't just happen, it takes work but any team can do it.
