I am new to product management, reading this book gave me a very good understanding of what a product owner should and should not do. The best part is it goes to enough detail and gives you actual techniques which you can use to accomplish a task. Will recommend to all.
Personally, I think this book misses the mark. It states at the beginning that it's a higher level read that doesn't get into the detail. But the majority of its concepts are beginnerish. It just brushed across a pretty basic understanding without challenging me, and without the detail required to teach me anything practical. I don't know who this book is for.
I've read this book several times and it's a great introduction to product management in the Agile. Well written and to the point book tells you what you need to know about a critical and often under represented part of Agile
