I've searched quite a bit for a program to address Adrenal Health. This is the first one that really resonates with me. Not just for the 4 weeks of following it, but as a ongoing lifestyle. I love the holistic nature of it. But the biggest plus is that the author writes it in such a warm, compassionate and understanding way, that it feels like a friend giving good advice. It's also backed by lots of good science too. I would advise going to her website to get the book bonuses and the corrected version of the week 1 meal planner.
The facts are presented repetitively, to the point where they are just restated in each chapter without introducing the 'plan'. Just when you think you might be getting some further information, the facts are just restated. Longwinded and not much use at all.
