We offer age-appropriate features needed to support the different stages from newborn to three years old. Our Pathways of Whole Learning stimulate babies with seven different kinds of developmental learning experiences.

Our aim is to provide practical comfort for babies and convenience for parents. Our products are designed to be fundamentally useful and effective with multiple, unique functions.
Minimizing our impact for future generations
We always consider maximizing the life cycle of our products and minimizing their environmental impact. As much as possible, we strive to source materials that are renewable, recycled, or recyclable for our products.
Mothers pioneering healthy & safe baby products since 1982
"More than 40 years ago, I was introduced to a holistic way of understanding the world that has profoundly influenced how I have raised my children. Back then, words like organic and locally grown were neither mainstream nor commonplace. Today, happily, parents have a myriad of choices for keeping their children healthy. I relied on these principles as I raised my two daughters and as I founded my company." —Becky Cannon, Founder and President of green sprouts and i play., and Author of Grow Healthy. Grow Happy. The Whole Baby Guide
Today, Becky, Emi, and Mari are the mother-daughter owners of green sprouts and i play., and continue to focus on creating the best baby products. What started as one mail-order item has grown into an offering of hundreds of natural baby products. A lot has happened in the last three decades, but one thing has never changed: the commitment to the health and happiness of babies through every stage of development.

We haven't seen a better swimsuit in any of the pools/classes we've been to.
See the attached size chart I found on the tag.
They tend to run slightly larger than listed here so plan accordingly.
Comfortable and durable. Good sun protection;
Doesn't bunch up or ride up like boys two piece sets do.
The sizing is one size too big so plan for it.
The material is thin lycra - stretchy, attractive, and fast drying, but does not provide any insulation.
If you get cold easily even in a heated swimming pool, then look elsewhere for a thicker suit.
We used the XL (24 months) suit from 30 months until 48 months, roughly once a week.
After 18 months of weekly use, it started sagging and finally ripped.
As soon as he turned 4 years old, he's ready for the 3T suit.
I bought a few suits from Amazon to try on my daughter. They generally all fit the same, however this suit had one major advantage, snaps on the bottom. At first I wasn't sure how important this was - however, I quickly realized it is critical.
When we take our daughter to the pool, we have to switch her into a swim diaper (which holds solids but does not absorb liquid). Since the swim diaper does not hold liquid, we have to wait until we get to the pool to put her in it. If there were no snaps on the bottom, we would have to keep her in regular clothes and then do a full change in the car at the pool (or in a bathroom). Also, after getting out of the pool, the snaps make it much easier to get the wet suit off of her and be able to change her diaper and put clothes on before heading home.
One minor wish - I wish the zipper had a little cover or something, I worry that it will flip up and scratch or poke our daughter in the neck. Otherwise, this suit is worth the price!
Update: the iplay company immediately offered to replace the baiting suit after contacting them directly. I am very pleased with their customer service. However, the rep did mention that this particular model is a bit older and, although they haven’t received many complaints about the zipper, they have since switched manufacturers. She encouraged me to pick a newer model with the idea that the zipper might be stronger. Updated rating from 1 star to 3 for customer service from iplay.
