Updated Review:
Okay, it was a little bit of operator error of sorts. For these to work they need to be slid in of course, but they need to be worked into all contacts touching at the right point and then lock them in (they have vampire like teeth to help lock in strip placement). It was a pain, but not that bad. I was really surprised it needed to be so exact in the placement of the strip, not sure if that's just the nature of all connectors or these specific.
That said, I'd order these again. They totally work once put in place & allow ideal flexibility in placing your strip(s). I'd recommend these, but please be aware how tricky they can be to line up. The 4 star is due to the need for exact placement, hardly a fast plug & play connector. Past that, get these if you need them.

Was pumped about these. Didn't want to break out my old soldering iron...wish I hadn't of been lazy. My LED strip is a 5050 waterproof, 10mm strip and of course I stripped the silicon/tpu over connections.
Although simple to connect I read through their instructions prior to cutting & connecting to eliminate any surprises. I never got past the first connector without issue.
If it lit up at all, it'd be 2-3 colors out of the R,W, G & B, flicker or the wrong colors would light up (when Red was on 1st set Green would be on for the second). Sometimes there'd be the same color on two different channels. Yes, I paid attention to all details while connecting.
I'll review if anything changes, but wouldn't expect it, I've tried connecting every which way possible. May add video to provide examples of the issues.
