This is the second book I have read of the author and it didn’t disappoint. Taron and Noel have an instant connection which I felt while reading it. The hardship they have to go through to rebuild something that never left but build on the trust they was lost. If your looking for a second chance brother best friend love story this is the one for you to get. The writing is absolutely beautiful and flows so nicely. I felt happiness, sadness and laughter throughout the whole book. I cried quiet a bit because the love these two have for each other I think everyone should have. Cannot wait to read more of Tia Louise. My heart melted reading this a big thumbs up.
Reviewed on behalf of 3 Degrees of Fiction book blog. I have read many a book by Tia Louise and it has been an absolute pleasure seeing her evolve in to the exceptional author she is today. Every time I read one of her books I know I am going to read something special. Wait for Me is a phenomenal book. I can honestly say I can imagine Taron and Noel’s story ending up on the big screen. But should this ever happen, whoever is cast as Dove would need to be one extraordinarily talented actor. As much as I loved the romance of Taron and Noel, I thought Dove added a whole other element to the book. In fact I would go as far to say she stole the show. At the end Tia revealed Sawyer’s book is next and I can’t wait to get my hands on that!!
“Heaven is finding the thing you can’t live without and being able to hold it. Hell is knowing you’ll have to let it go.”
This was my first book by Tia, and I’ve had to pre-ordered for a while now as it sounded like something I would be interested in. So when it became Available on my tablet, I make sure it was the next book I read.
Now let me tell you I absolutely loved it. I loved the passion and depth of this book and how it shows the after life of war and how it might not have been fun and games fight it, it’s just as bad when you return sometime.
This book also goes in to try struggles that keeping a family business alive can be and how losing a loved once and change your life.
This book was amazing and I seriously can’t wait for the next book.
Wait for me is a standalone 2nd chance romance, while this is a standalone we have previously met Taron in Boss of Me. With a few weeks to kill Taron decides to head to his friends Orchard to help with the harvest, what he never expected to find was the one woman who could turn his world upside down. When events lead Taron down a different path, he is left with scars that run deeper than the surface, Noel is just holding it together she has to adjust to her new life. I really enjoyed this story, Taron and Noel have such amazing chemistry; while they were not perfect by any means they created a life for themselves that was. I cannot wait to read more from Tia in the future.
I love Tia’s writing and this is another beautiful contemporary romance story about Taron and Noel who fall in love after only two weeks together when Taron stays at Noel’s family peach orchard before he leaves to serve an 18 month tour of duty with her brother Sawyer. They both promise to wait for each other but then tragedy strikes. This was a hard book to put down and l fell in love with the secondary characters, especially Dove. Read this today you won’t be disappointed.
This story was adorable and heart breaking at times, you really route for the characters happy ending. I loved Leon as a character. A instant connection and a sizzling romance that brings a smile to your face takes you on an emotional roller coaster, dealing with long distance and the outcomes of a military mission. I really loved not these characters and this book.
