This book is truly inspirational. It is written in a very readable style and doesn't pull any punches. Ms Sinclair just lets you know what you have to do to lose the weight and get fit. As an older (and very overweight) person this is just what I needed to get me started. I've highlighted some sections so I can find them easily when it all gets tough. Not much is written for older readers that is realistic. Linda lets you know that hard work, a lot of hard work, will give you results. I may never achieve her levels of success but only because I may not do the same level of work. However, after reading her story I just might.
