If you were a fan of these scissors you won't be now. I am a groomer of 12 years experience and a few years ago I discovered these reasonably priced paw scissors and I was thrilled with the quality of them. Recently I needed to replenish my supplies so bought another 3 pairs and they are now very low quality. They may look the same but a closer look tells you they aren't. The blades are now way too chunky to do fine detail work and all 3 pairs are generally not sharp or effective. Why on earth do companies do this? Arghh!
These were great to use for face-trimming my Bichon Frize dog; until the little rubber nodule (that stops the snip noise) came off during use, and couldn't be found amongst all the clippings. The quietness was part of the reason I bought these scissors.
