Just finished week 3 of the Booty-full Beginners program, so I can't give a comprehensive review. However, I'm enjoying the workouts and I like feeling stronger. I also really appreciate how flexible Conteras is in his approach to strength training; the title is all about appearances, but the book itself acknowledges that everyone has different motivations for getting fit. The science behind Conteras' method is laid out in an entertaining and informative manner and unusually for a fitness book, I read it right through because I was actually engaged with the content. I'm looking forward to seeing how strong I can get.
