Fantastic book, it was thought provoking and a reminder to revisit and get back to some good habits and other practices I already knew. Tal's energy and passion is contagious, I have found myself wanting to jump right into some of the processes shared and suggested. The one big takeaway was to get back to daily mindfulness, trusting in the present rather than overthinking the future (something I do). I would highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone. Thanks for putting this one out there Tal.
