How to pickup from Amazon Lockers Counters or ParcelPoint Locations

You can pick up packages you've ordered to Amazon Lockers and Counters with a unique pick up code. You can pick up packages you've ordered to ParcelPoint Pickup Locations with a government issued Photo ID.

How will I know when my item is ready to collect?

You can keep up to date in Your Orders. You'll also receive an email with pickup instructions(including the opening times and address)when it's ready.

For ParcelPoint locations, your package will be delivered to the Pickup Location on your delivery date by 5:00PM (AEST).

  1. Use the unique pick up code you were emailed(also in the tracking information in Your Orders), or:

ParcelPoint Pickup Location
  1. Bring your ID to collect your order.
  2. If you would like someone else to collect the package on your behalf, you must send an email to support@ParcelPoint.com.au using your email registered with amazon.com.au. In your email, include the full name and phone number of the person who will be collecting the package on your behalf. The person collecting the package must provide a valid government-issued photo identification of their own at the Pickup Location to collect the package.

Note: We always aim to provide you with accurate opening hours for Pickup Locations. However, during holiday periods we suggest you re-confirm with the location to avoid disappointment and ensure you can collect your package when you need it.
