You can create a replacement through our Returns Support Centre if your replacement meets certain criteria.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as expected, you can request a replacement through our Returns Support Centre, if the item:

  • Was shipped to an address in Australia,
  • Was sold and fulfilled by Amazon AU, and;
  • Is still in stock with Amazon AU.

If the item is not currently in stock with Amazon AU, you can return the item for a refund.

If your item was delivered over 30 days ago, please contact us.

How long do I have to return my original item?

Please return your original item within 30 days of requesting the replacement to avoid being charged for both the original and replacement item.
