You can return your package using a label from our Returns Support Center.
To return an item to Amazon AU please use an eligible return option displayed in our Returns Support Centre. If the option to return your item using a pre-paid label is not available for your return, ship the item to us with a carrier that is convenient for you using the self-ship label provided. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service. Please retain any tracking information given to you by the carrier.
If you return your item using a pre-paid label and the reason for return is not the result of an Amazon AU error ora faulty item, a return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund amount. If the total value of the item(s)you have returned using a single pre-paid label is less than $7,there will be no refund credited to your original payment method for that return.
Note: If you return an item using a pre-paid label, and the item is eligible for Free Returns, no return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund irrespective of the reason for return.
If you ship the item to us on your own and the reason for return is the result of an Amazon AU error or, if we have agreed to bear the return shipping costs(for example, in case of Free Returns),your refund will automatically include up to $17 in return shipping fees.
If you wish to claim above the amount refunded for return shipping, you will need to Contact us and provide evidence to us to substantiate the reasonable costs incurred.
