How to get your order by Christmas

Want your order by Christmas? Make sure your item is in stock, order your item by the below dates, check your delivery date at checkout, and keep your payment and address details up to date. You can track your order in Your Orders.

You can expect to get your order by Christmas, if you order by the below dates, and if what you're ordering is:

  • in stock;
  • sent to a physical address in Australia (Pick Up Points aren't included in these dates); and,
  • sold by Amazon, or fulfilled (sent) by Amazon AU.

Always confirm your delivery date at checkout

The delivery date for your order will be confirmed at checkout before you complete your order. Please note that we don't deliver to business addresses on weekends.

Remember we charge your account when we send your items
  • If your item isn't in stock yet, or the product page says it will take longer to dispatch, make sure your card won't expire before we send out your items.
  • It's also worth checking that your payment details are correct. If we can't take your payment, we won't start sending your order out, which might delay when it arrives.

It's worth checking your address details are up to date. The most common problems are missing street names, postcodes with missing digits, incorrect digits, or house numbers missing.

Remember this won't alter the address of any orders you've already made. If you need to do this, you'll need to change your order.
