Customer Review

12 January 2018
Breach contains five short Sci-fi/Horror stories from Australia/New Zealand authors.

Jessica Nelson-Tyers goes from touching family moment, to, I think I'm going to vomit, in less than a page.

Claire Fitzpatrick provides an unsettling touch of dysphoria as we get inside Jack's body, literally.

Abigail Simpson's tale confirms all my childhood suspicions about what lives beneath the thorny bush at the back of the garden, and some of my adult suspicions about cats.

Eugen Bacon and E. Don Harpe's demon in the machine tells me that CPUs of the future will give us more to worry about than vulnerabilities in speculative execution.

I won't say anything about Fritz!

Overall, an easily digestible set of shorts, with a few nice hints of Australiana.
