Updated: Anker got in touch and sent me a replacement. The pair that I original received apparently was defective - the new pair had no issues connecting with my Sony Bravia Smart TV. Changed from 2-star to 4-star - only star deducted due to initial defect. Would have been good to have the headphones work from the beginning.

The headphones are comfortable in my ears with different sized moulds in the package, but unfortunately does not work with Sony Bravia Smart TV.

I was able to connect to the TV via Bluetooth, but no sound came through the headphones. Re-paired the headphones multiple times with the TV and I wasn't able to get the audio to play through. (Other Bluetooth devices worked and played sound without problems, so it's not the TV.) Might be useful if you have a compatible device - just not a Sony Bravia Smart TV.
