I've had this product for just under 6 months. It worked great with Alexa, not so great with Google Home. I've got the RM Pro connected to control 2 broadlink light switches as well as the TV and Aircon.
Around 2 months ago, the RM Pro just stopped working. Tried contacting BroadLink support but have had no luck.
Based on the poor customer service, i would hesitate to recommend their products to anyone.
