New kindle with 32gb arrived and there was no Bluetooth capability. I rang the uk help line and was told initially it doesn’t come with Bluetooth. It was only after I was really persistent telling them all the marketing and reviews says it does that they checked and guess what... it does. So now the story is that the hardware is capable but not the software and it is a known issue and I hVe to wait a week for someone to get back to me about the next steps... and still no Bluetooth. Surely with such a recently released product amazon can easily identify who has purchased the 32gb options and fix the problem quickly. Or even communicate with us.
