I liked this novel. It's a modern story from Anna Jacobs, such a biting, not uncommon, topic to script around. A divorced woman with adult children living at home, who enslave her to being available, pick up for and pay their rent. An ex-husband who encourages the children to exploit the situation as he always did before running off with a younger, more streamlined 'piece'. Sound familiar? You need to read how Molly Peel decides to escape from her lot. You'll enjoy her journey, delight in her new found confidence. I did. Five stars.
