This was Dillon Sheehan's story, the youngest of the Sheehan boys.
Dillon didn't want to be a father because of how his father was when he was growing up. He was afraid he would screw things up.
Paige is a single mom, widowed, who owns the diner in Marietta. She and Dillon had known each other for years. They finally spend some time together and there are sparks.
This was a great story. The whole book just tugged at my heartstrings. Paige is so sweet and Dillon is such a gentleman. The struggle between head and heart through the story made my heart ache.
Wonderful story and I highly recommend it, along with the other Sheehan stories.
