A well written and easy to read guide that takes you through the steps to start, and build, a property portfolio. It's full of good information and takes a very objective, no nonsense approach to what is needed to start out. There is some (minor) overlap with his other books but not so much that you should discount them. I have read the four main ones (guide to getting rich, rules of property, finance/tax & law, and this one). They all compliment each other (of course) and give you a good foundation to get started in property investing as well as encouraging you to continue your investment education. Well worth the read and it's good to see the author updating his books as the property and economic cycles change.
