An exceptionally effective book.
Well written, clearly explained concepts ( particularly the chapter on Mindfulness ) from a psychologist who understands how our thinking causes or amplifies the difficulties many of us face.
Her explanations and advice are wise, encouraging and most importantly very effective.
Sarah runs a Continuing Education course ( based on the book) at Sydney University...it is one of the most popular courses.
