These books have wonderful characters whose depths and layers are revealed slowly across the series. It's hard to write about any part of the plot without giving spoilers away, but don't accept any person, cyborg, robot, android, or genetic creation on face value... they are always so much more than they first appear. My advice is to read slowly so that you can enjoy the whole universe of Star Kingdom for longer.
Beautifully written, well formatted, great editing, no spelling mistakes or bad grammar, and fascinating science behind it all. I love science (not sure if they'll show, but photos of me with Neil deGrasse Tyson and Professor Brian Cox just to indicate that it's not an empty claim) and I adore good writing - and Star Kingdom ticks all the boxes.
Leanne Owens (B.A., Grad. Dip. Ed., M. Ed.) - not that uni degrees make me more qualified as a reviewer, but maybe they'll help convince potential readers that I do recognise good writing when I see it, and this is it.
