The second Heaven Hills MC generation starts with this book where Tatum and Remy try to sort out their friendship and whether or not their relationship goes deeper.
This is a moderately paced book with a light, easy to read feel about it. The old characters are still in this story however the younger generation is the focus, not just for Remington and Tatum.
Tatum is a feisty, sassy young woman who is starting to mature. Remy is in his late twenties and is still struggling with some past demons, he is also a quiet achiever. Both characters are likeable and entertaining. Abbie, as a secondary character, holds promise for a future book...I hope. She balances Tatum in their friendship and is an honest, down to earth person-with a secret she's keeping mum about!
There is a little intrigue and suspense, especially towards the end, however a bit more would have made the storyline more meaty, something to really get involved in other than the lead characters unsettled relationship.
