Great book. While technical, it spells out in great detail the basis for a very low carbohydrate diet and what effects it has on the body. I changed my diet as a result of reading this book and have been getting great results with loss of weight and waist size.
It has only a moderate amount of recipes, so it would need to be combined with other resources if that is what you are looking for. Not all low carb recipes and diets are created equal!
