RS Grey is fabulous writer and I have to say there is nothing thus far I have read that she has written that has not made me laugh, swoon and cheer. Hot Doc was all that and more because the lead characters - Matt and Bailey were amazing.
‘Hotshot Doc’ is the story of a surgical assistant, Bailey who had to find a new surgeon to work with. She needed to work as she was the guardian of her teenage sister so she accepts the position with the worst boss ever, who hadn’t been able to keep an assistant more than a few weeks and who tended to make people cry and to quit in a blink of an eye.
Bailey was a firecracker. She had so many responsibilities, yet did it all with a smile on her face. She also stood up for herself and made the most of every situation. And she is the only one to have stood up to Matt... Dr Russell. And wasn’t he an enigma... Gorgeous, yet dishevelled, sexy but a brute, really such a soft centre despite the hard exterior and perfect for Bailey.
I had a great time reading ‘Hotshot Doc’ the story of what happened Grey’s Anatomy meets R.S. Grey’s mind… hilarious, charming, entertaining yet hot. My favourite kind of romantic comedy.
