I really liked this book, especially the beginning chapters where the author focuses on opening the heart and releasing to get rid of blockage in your heart to get rid of bad experiences and not being stuck with them for long time. To stop thinking too much and talking to yourself. The author suggests that our brain is definitely designed for a more productive and valuable task rather than just thinking to yourself and being obsessed with reviewing events and bad experiences. However, I think the book is redundant in many parts, and the author could've compressed it a bit to make it more pleasant. If you skip the final chapter you haven't missed anything. Recommended for those who want to learn more about self.
