If you liked Monty Python's Life of Brian then you should love Duncan Whitehead's The Reluctant Jesus. Poor Seth, a 33 year old from New York has just been informed by his parents that he's the son of God. Thinking they've gone mad and planning on having them sectioned, he's then informed by God himself that he is indeed the second coming. Now he must help in the fight between good and evil with hilarious consequences. This is a riot! Personally, I love discussing religion and theism and also love satire so this book is right up my street. Full of laughs and commentary, Duncan's an incredible writer with a wild imagination. Team Seth!
