A clearly written personal account of taking control, and then trusting the team to develop and learn to become far more effective.

Leader-leader team structure is clearly explained, as are the requirements to make it work (understanding and competence for example).

Very enjoyable read that any leader looking to make a step change in performance can use as a guide.
