I sent this cupcake tin and gift card to my granddaughter in Australia. She received it but cannot activate the card. I never have a problem like this in England. Can anyone advise. She rang the helpline over there but all they could say was that the card was “ inactive “. I don’t know how to resolve this. The 50 dollars has been taken from my account.
