When doing chest exercises with dumbells, it literally has no effect. But doing the arm curls, hammer curls, bicep curls, it definitely makes it a bit harder and easier on the skeleton structure. I guess the only reason why I can't assess it properly is that I can max work on 12.5 kg dumbells.... So Arms still have a long way to go for my case.
