I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.
Hugh likes to plan. His life is run by his schedule and he doesn't like change or spontaneity. Aubrey is a runaway bride who has lived her life to please her parents. But meeting Hugh gives her a chance to live life on her terms and she is eager to get as much out of life as she can.
Love Walks In is dual point of view but Hugh was the star of the book for me. I could relate to his need to plan everything out and not take risks. The continual badgering from his family that he needs to loosen up started to bug me after a while because I thought Hugh was pretty great the way he was. Aubrey is a good, hard working, loving and fun woman and even though it seems on the surface that she didn't have much in common with Hugh, they are well matched.
This was a very entertaining read. Aubrey and Hugh's initial meeting had me laughing and Hugh's resorts made me want to go on holiday. Love Walks In is a lovely traditional romance and I had a good time reading it.
