Not the sort of content the general reading public would rush to read! However for any individual struggling with Anxiety, Depression, OCD,Panic Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder it is well worth reading. It is a readable, easily understood introduction to the patterns of thinking that are usually the basis of problems. For anyone contemplating or beginning Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I would thoroughly recommend it .
